POLICY
 
*A 40% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders at time of booking. Without a deposit, we will not hold your date. The remaining balance is due 2 week prior to your event. Cancellations with notice of 2 WEEKS  or less are non-refundable.  Any last minute re-scheduling (within 5 days of the event) may require an additional fee. NO Changes are made 1 week prior to the event. Cakes by Kat NYC reserves the right to cancel any order that has not been paid in full by the due date. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your order you may get a refund, however cake or treats must be returned back to cakesbykatNYC as it was handed to client.
I accept Chase Quickpay, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Cash App, Cash  
*Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to event date.  Cakes by Kat NYC reserves the right to decline any order due to late notice and when fully booked.  
*Once cake leaves my facility any damage towards your cake will be out of my responsibility. Cakes will be chilled before pick up for safe traveling. 
*Delivery starts at $30+ and tolls will be added.
